At this point, an in-home consultation will be set up for us to meet with you. We evaluate the size, condition and details of your home and to discuss your specific cleaning needs.

Afterwards an emailed quote will be provided. Some cleaning companies provide sight unseen quotes to save themselves the time of an in-home consultation. We believe that it is impossible to provide an accurate quote without seeing the home and therefore offer free consultations. 

For move-in cleans where it is not possible to arrange an in-home consultation, listing pictures/video will be accepted and an estimate will be provided (subject to change on the day of the clean once we have arrived to assess).

Occasionally, and without intention, our crews may miss something. Please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning if you are displeased with the quality of service so that we can return to correct the situation in a timely manner without additional charge. 

Refunds are not offered, however we are happy to return to your home to rectify the issue. In addition, any suggestions that you may have to help us improve the quality of service are very much appreciated.

In the event that any pet displays signs of aggression, we will ask you to place the pet in a separate room that we will not enter. While we are providing our service, we suggest keeping your pet in a location where they feel at ease, as not all pets enjoy the presence of vacuums or unfamiliar individuals in their space. Kindly inform us

Payment is due the day the service is performed. You may pay by cash, check, Venmo, or by Visa/Mastercard with a 3.5% fee. 

Many customers leave a check in an enclosed envelope, payable to Two Witches and a Broom, on their kitchen table or countertop. For your convenience, if you prefer paying by credit card, card information must be saved
